Rice wine is stored at room temperature for 30 days and in refrigerator for 60 days.

It is not advisable to stay too long at room temperature, because the original ecological rice wine will continue to ferment for a long time, and the alcohol content will increase and become stronger and stronger. It will go bad after more than 60 days. Before loading, if it is stored for a long time, it needs disinfection, otherwise it will ferment. That is, to kill strains such as yeast.

Generally, it can be kept in boiling water for more than half an hour. It should be noted that unopened rice wine water needs to be drunk within 3 to 5 days to avoid the invasion of bacteria and microorganisms in the air, which will lead to the deterioration of rice wine water and the increase of alcohol temperature. Rice wine sold in the market has a long shelf life and can be preserved for about three years by the correct method.

Preservation method of rice wine:

There is yeast in glutinous rice wine. If yeast continues to ferment after wine brewing, it will lead to wine deterioration and taste deterioration. So you can boil the wine first and then put it in a container, which can kill the yeast.

In addition, you can put more sugar in glutinous rice wine, which will temporarily inhibit yeast fermentation. However, both methods can only delay the deterioration of wine, and unopened glutinous rice wine should be drunk as soon as possible and kept for no more than three to four days.
