Two days ago, my mom took a few green green gourds from the unit, some of the green gourds are big and some are small, just like big and small dolls.

One day, I saw my mom using a knife to gently scrape off the green skin on the outside of the gourds, and I asked my mom strangely, "Why do you want to scrape off the outside layer of skin?" Mom said, "So they will dry faster and be smoother." In a few days, the zucchinis were really dry and smooth and much lighter. They made a nice crisp sound as they bumped into each other.

In a few more days, my mom and I are going to put nice paint on them to make them even prettier!
