Raw materials: barbecued pork, sugar, dried nuts, fat diced, preserved fruit, cooked glutinous rice flour, candied haws, peanut oil, water, chicken essence, peanut oil, flour, invert syrup and water.
Practice steps:
Step 1, barbecue prepared in advance.
Step 2: Chop the particles.

Step six, put all the materials together.
Step 7, add sugar, add cake powder, which is cooked glutinous rice flour, and add a little chicken essence. The kelp powder I use is delicious and healthy.
Step 8: Add peanut oil and mix well.
Step 9, add an appropriate amount of cold white water to humidify, so that you can form a group.
Step 10: Stir until dough can be formed, and let it stand for about 2 hours to let the sugar melt naturally. It will be dry at first, and it will be moist after it is placed.

Step 12: add flour and dough, and let it stand for more than 1 hour before use.
Step 13: Divide the dough into 25g and the stuffing into 75g-80g.
Step 14: wrap and shape, spray water before baking to prevent cracking.
Step 15, oven 170 degree baking.
Step 16, bake for 6-7 minutes, and take out the egg yolk brushing liquid.
Step 17, and then continue baking 15 minutes.

Tips:
When adding water, it is best to use cold boiled water, not to add it all at once. Add it several times to see the dry humidity before adding it. The water quantity can be adjusted according to the dry humidity.
