National customs: Ta 'er Temple has four Dafa meetings a year.

The first dharma meeting was called the first month prayer meeting, which was held on the eighth to eighteenth day of the first lunar month. On the 14th day of the first lunar month, King Kong dances in fear of the Dharma, bathes the Buddha in the morning of the 15th lunar month, and holds a large-scale butter sculpture exhibition on the evening of the 15th lunar month. The second Falun Gong is called the April Falun Gong, which is held from the eighth day to the fifteenth day of the fourth lunar month. It commemorates the birth, becoming a monk and nirvana of Sakyamuni. On the morning of April 14th and 15th of the lunar calendar, the Buddha basks in the sun, and the horse arches for the first time on the afternoon of 15th.

The third Dharma Festival is called the June Dharma Festival, which is held from the third day of March to the ninth day of September in the lunar calendar. It is a Dafa meeting to commemorate Sakyamuni's "three turns *". Sun Buddha in the morning of the seventh day, dance in the afternoon of the seventh day, turn to Buddha in the morning of the eighth day (turn around the temple), and dance in the afternoon.

The fourth time, called the September Fa Conference, was held from September 20th to 26th of the lunar calendar. It is a Dafa meeting in memory of Sakyamuni's descent. There are activities such as dancing mulberry and worshipping Buddha. Among them, all Buddhist temples are open to worship Buddha all day on September 22 of the lunar calendar, and the horse vault is at noon on September 23 of the lunar calendar.

There are two other small ceremonies in Ta 'er Temple every year: a small ceremony to commemorate Zong Kaba's "death", also known as "Lantern Festival", which starts on October 22nd of the lunar calendar and lasts for nine days. Monks chanted slogans to express their praise and prayers for Zong Kaba. Since October 25th of the lunar calendar, butter lamps have been lit on the roof of the whole temple for five consecutive days. Monks chanted loudly on the roof and played trombones. Thousands of oil lamps burned like bright stars, making the whole temple bright and solemn.

The year-end prayer meeting will be held from December 13 to December 27 of the lunar calendar. The content is to say goodbye to the old and welcome the new. Good luck and peace in the coming year.
