Window Flower Paper Cutting Tutorial for Kids
First of all, choose colored paper in a nice color and a pencil. Fold the paper in half, in order to create a symmetrical figure we need to make sure that the paper is folded exactly in half.
Then, use the pencil to make a graphic design on one side of the paper. To make cutting the paper easier, you can choose to use some simple geometric shapes such as diamonds, triangles and squares.
Next, carefully cut out the shapes along the outline lines you have drawn. Remember to keep your fingers away from the blades of the scissors as you cut to avoid injury.
After cutting one side, gently remove the cut out shape from the folded paper. Now, place it on the other side of the fold, making both sides symmetrical.
Finally, cut the graphic again along the outline line. In this way, the two parts of the paper are symmetrical, resulting in a beautiful axisymmetric graphic cutout.
