Speaking of how to teach, the old Ma said to personally demonstrate, not to the students as a target.

My Taiji teacher, Mr. Ma Xuewu, is the eldest son of Ma Chengbiao, who practiced martial arts at his father's side since he was a child and won his mantle. Mr. Ma recalled that when he was a child, his father demanded a lot from them in terms of basic skills, and as long as he saw the children idle after dinner, he would make them press their legs, and in winter, he would order them to tie their spears for warmth, and they could not waste their kung fu for a while. Every day must be practiced twice in the morning and evening, or students, seven o'clock in the morning to the school, the father rode a bicycle to put his son in front of the big bar before six o'clock to take to the park to start practicing. In this way, in the father's strict supervision and with the brothers and sisters under the mutual soaring, their own martial arts day by day to make progress.

Mr. Ma first practiced external martial arts for 9 years, Shaolin Fist, Long Fist, Bouncing Legs, and Step Fist, etc. When he was about 18 years old, he took a blood test and found out that his transaminase was high after a cold, which worried his father, so he switched from external martial arts to internal martial arts, and started practicing Xingyi and Taiji.

The host of today's martial arts conference was hale and hearty, with a voice like a bell. The first time I saw this, I was able to get the ball rolling, and then I was able to get the ball rolling.

Speaking of the fate of Mr. Ma and I, it is really worth remembering. I have always been interested in traditional Chinese culture, I followed the video to learn Yi Jin Jing, benefited greatly, I told many colleagues want to learn taijiquan. I have told many colleagues that I would like to learn Taijiquan. I will not forget the echo, until I saw a unit of the labor union sent a text message notification, I rushed to adjust their work and rest time to keep up with Mr. Ma's schedule to teach Taijiquan.

From May 2017 and Mr. Ma to learn taijiquan, half an hour of basic skills and half an hour of boxing practice, we walked from the counting of the beat taiji step to each action according to the standard correction, twice a week lectures, two years down to this year, I learned Yang's taijiquan 24, 42 and 108, said taijiquan change life is not an exaggeration, the biggest change is the improvement of the spirit of the essence. The biggest change is the improvement of vitality. People pursue health either through dietary supplements or exercise. Although food supplements are good, but not a good thing can be sure to fill in, and more strenuous exercise to improve physical function at the same time wear and tear is not small, which is why I chose tai chi, although it has been unable to practice like Mr. Ma from the children's work to the real power, but tai chi can be from the internal transportation of qi and blood to regulate the quality of people's bodies.

Today's martial arts conference, wonderful performances one after another, Tai Chi has Yang's, Chen's and Xingyi Quan, and external kung fu has Praying Mantis Boxing and Practicing Steps Boxing. There were lances, swords and Taiji swords, and I was lucky enough to participate in the performance of 24 and 42 styles, which was very enjoyable and satisfying.
