The correct method of white-cut chicken
Boiled chicken is a simple and easy-to-cook traditional dish in China. The specific and correct approach is as follows:
Prepare the required materials, including fresh chicken, ginger, onion, cooking wine, salt, monosodium glutamate and water.
Wash the chicken, cut it into 2~3 cm pieces, and put it in a big bowl.
