Cucumber vermicelli with sesame sauce

Practice: Cut cucumber, coriander, garlic and onion into shreds or segments. Boil a small pot of water and add a little salt. Put water into the vermicelli, until the vermicelli becomes soft, completely immerse it in boiling water, turn off the fire and soak for 30 seconds. Then pour in cold boiled water to cool, then drain the water and cut it with scissors for later use. In a clean container, stir sesame paste, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and sesame oil. The more you stir the sauce, the drier it will be. At this point, add some warm water, almost 3 tablespoons warm water. The sauce is ready. Try it first. If the sauce is not salty enough, season it with salt. Add shredded cucumber, shredded onion, coriander and garlic to the sauce and marinate for about 5 minutes. Let the cucumber water dissolve, and the flavors of coriander, chopped green onion and garlic powder are mixed in the sauce. Finally, add a fan to stir evenly, and then put it into the plate. If you like spicy food, you can add spicy oil or sauce to the sauce, which tastes better.

Simple and high face ~ honey cucumber

Heat a wok, pour in a proper amount of salad oil, heat it to 80%, pour it into a bowl, and add garlic powder and all seasonings. Pour the sauce into the pot and mix in Chili oil according to taste. This is a simple vegetarian mixture. If you want to add flavor, you can cut some meat and fry it cold, which will be more delicious.

Cold bean sprouts

Material: 300g mung bean sprouts; Carrot stub; Mushrooms; Small spinach; Vegetable oil; 5 cloves of garlic; A little soy sauce; A little sugar; A little salt; Zanthoxylum bungeanum10; A little vinegar; A little white pepper; A little white sesame seeds are cooked.

Practice, my own mung bean sprouts are very clean. Pull out the root water. Prepare the remaining ingredients. Wash the spinach. Cut carrots. Cassava shreds. Chop garlic. Boil water until the boiling point of water is a few drops of oil, then add a little salt, then bleach bean sprouts, spinach, carrots and mushrooms, break them respectively, and pass them through cold water and sewer. Put the oil in the pan, add the fishy smell to the pepper seeds, add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the soy sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar and white pepper, and turn off the heat.
