What kind of food is Lengtao?
Lengtao is a kind of cold noodles or a kind of water surface, which originated from the "Sophora Leaf Lengtao" in the Tang Dynasty.
Nowadays, in Jinhua, Lanxi, Longyou and other areas of my country, there is still the custom of eating cold food in summer.
Lengtao with sophora leaves is to mix flour and the juice of sophora leaves to make pasta, cut into shreds or noodle pieces, cook and let cool, then mix with salt, soy sauce, vinegar and chopped green onion. Wait for condiments and eat together.
Nowadays, people eat more types of cold dishes, such as vegetable noodles made with spinach juice and flour, and carrot noodles made with carrot juice and flour.
