What is building construction lofting?

Construction lofting refers to measuring the plane position and elevation of engineering buildings on design drawings, and lofting to the site with certain measuring instruments and methods, which is called construction lofting. Building construction lofting is to find out the geometric relationship between characteristic points and control points of various parts of the building according to the design size of the building, calculate the lofting such as distance, angle, elevation and coordinates, and then use the control points to identify the characteristics of the building on the ground for construction. Construction lofting mainly includes: plane position lofting, elevation lofting and vertical axis lofting.

1, the deviation of building construction lofting, axis measurement and elevation transmission shall not exceed the provisions in Table 8.3. 1 1.

2. The transmission of the elevation of the construction layer should be carried out by using the leveling method of hanging steel ruler instead of leveling ruler, and the reading of steel ruler should be corrected from the aspects of temperature, ruler length and tension. The number of transfer points should be determined according to the size and height of the building. Smaller industrial buildings or multi-storey civil buildings should be transferred upwards from two places, and larger industrial buildings or high-rise civil buildings should be transferred upwards from three places. When the transmitted elevation difference is less than 3mm, the average value can be taken as the construction layer.

3, the axis of the construction layer for measurement, appropriate uses 2 "laser theodolite or laser plumb. After the control axis is measured in the construction layer, the effective axis should be checked on the plane of the structural layer according to the closed figure. Only after it is qualified can other layout work be carried out on the construction layer, otherwise, it should be re-measured.

4, construction verticality measurement accuracy, should be based on the height of the building, construction accuracy requirements, field observation conditions and verticality measurement equipment and other comprehensive analysis, but should not be lower than the accuracy requirements of vertical axis measurement.

5. In the process of large equipment foundation pouring, it should be monitored in time. When the position and elevation are found to be inconsistent with the construction requirements, the construction personnel shall be informed immediately and handled in time.
