Are there any good refreshments to go with tea?

I still remember hearing this sentence when I was very young: sweet with green, sour with red, big meat with Pu 'er, melon seeds with oolong.

Sweet with green: It means that when paired with green tea, it is best to choose sweet refreshments, such as Cantonese cookies and pineapple cake.

Red in acid: refers to the use of sour tea to set off black tea, such as preserved fruit, lemon slices, candied fruit and so on.

Melon seeds with oolong: refers to drinking oolong tea with salty food, such as melon seeds, peanuts and olives.
