Where is Jiangyin?
Jiangyin originally belonged to Wudi Yanling, and the Jin Dynasty originally belonged to Jiyang County, so it was named because it was located in the "shadow of the great river". 1983, Jiangyin County was changed to Wuxi City; 1987 Withdraw the county to set up the city; In 20 17, Jiangyin became the only county-level comprehensive reform pilot city in Jiangsu Province.
Jiangyin, referred to as Jiyang for short, is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province. Hosted by Wuxi City, it is located in the north of Wuxi City, between 3140' 34 "north latitude, 3157' 36" east longitude and 0/9 59' east longitude.
Jiangyin is a city with subtropical monsoon climate, located in the headland at the end of the Yangtze River, the throat of the Yangtze River. For generations, it has been a river defense fortress. It is an important transportation hub and natural port city in the north and south of the Yangtze River, with a total area of 987.5 square kilometers.

Jiangyin is one of the cradles of Wu culture. Archaeological excavations in this area prove that ancestors lived here in the Neolithic Age. Witnessing Jiangyin's long history, there are more than 20 ancient sites such as Qitou Mountain and Gaochengdun. There are Xingguo Tower, the former residence of Xu Xiake, Shiyuan, the former site of Huangshan Fort, the former site of Liu Brothers, the former site of Jiangyin Fortress Command of Kuomintang, Shecheng Site (the above seven sites are all national cultural relics protection units), Confucian Temple, Liangwuyan Site, Jiangsu Office Site and other ancient and modern buildings.
There are ancient bridges such as Shunguo Well, Tiger Running Spring, Guangji Spring (four-eye well), Wan 'an Bridge, Dai Xi Bridge and Wuyun Bridge. There are more than 50 inscriptions/kloc-0, such as Wang Xizhi's replacement of the goose tablet, the heart sutra tablet, the Qingshan hall tablet and the landscape tablet, and there are more than 40 ancient tombs, such as the tomb of Wu Bazi, the tomb of Huang Xie Chu Chunshen, the tomb of Dukang Wine, the tomb of Ling Tong Three Kingdoms, the tomb of Liang Jingdi, the tomb of Xu Xiake and the tomb of Yang.
