The relationship between the guidance of ancient Yijinjing and Ni Yijinjing

There is no direct relationship between the ancient Yijing and the guidance of Ni Yijing, but they belong to different Yijing traditions.

The guidance of the ancient Yijinjing refers to a version of Yijinjing, which first appeared in the late Ming Dynasty. It is a book that records the cultivation methods and skills of Yijinjing, including introduction, qigong, internal work and other knowledge.

Ni Yijinjing is a set of Yijinjing training methods founded by Mr. Ni. Ni is a contemporary kungfu master in China. He deeply studied the traditional Yijinjing, innovated and developed it, and put forward a unique training method of Yijinjing.

Although both The Guide to the Ancient Yijinjing and Ni Yijinjing are books about the cultivation methods and skills of Yijinjing, they are quite different in content and inheritance. The guidance of the ancient Yijing is a version of the traditional Yijing, and Ni Yijing is a set of cultivation methods founded by Mr. Ni based on his own research and practical experience. Therefore, there is no direct relationship between them.
