The current regime is based on a new culture, which is essentially an anti-traditional culture. Absence is inevitable. Without Deng's traditional culture, it would have completely disappeared. But the lack is still irreversible, just slowing down.

There is nothing wrong with the local government on this issue, it is a matter of route.

The only solution is to correct orthodoxy, not rebellion. Or completely destroy the old culture and create a completely different new model. I seem to be doing the same now, but I'm worried that rootless trees can't survive the strong wind.
