(1) Agricultural monographs: ① During the Northern Dynasties, Jia Sixie's "Essentials for Qi Min" systematically summarized the agricultural and animal husbandry production experience, food processing and storage, and utilization of wild plants in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River before the 6th century.

The book consists of 60 volumes and is divided into 12 sections. British scholar Joseph Needham called Shen Kuo "the most outstanding figure in the history of Chinese science and technology" and "Mengxi Bi Tan" is "a milestone in the history of Chinese science."

(4) Comprehensive work on production technology: "Tiangong Kaiwu" by Song Yingxing of the Ming Dynasty summarized the production technology of agriculture and handicrafts in the Ming Dynasty.

The book also includes some technologies introduced from abroad, which shows that the continuous introduction of overseas technologies has become indispensable knowledge for people.
