Excellent middle school students from 10 middle schools participated in the live TV broadcast of China Chinese Character Dictation Competition held by CCTV. The scene is very grand, with an examiner, three judges, two judges and a host. The host reported the correct writing rate of off-site adults over and over again, but it was very few anyway. I often see knowing smiles from examiners and referees. After seven rounds of efforts, the final champion was won by Chen Keyu of Xinhai Middle School in Lianyungang, Jiangsu.
The whole audience cheered, and I shouted: We won! I can't help asking my parents when I can take part in this competition. , they said; You just have to work hard, really? I really want to, I envy you! .
Reflections on Dictation Contest 2 In order to carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the motherland and improve students' ability to write Chinese characters in a standardized, accurate and neat way, Xizebei Primary School launched a Chinese character dictation contest according to the notice of the former camp education group. The activity was welcomed by teachers and students of all schools, and received strong support from school leaders and Chinese teachers. The competition activities are summarized as follows:

Most schools attach importance to this activity, carry out Chinese dictation activities in schools, and select players for centralized guidance and training. Therefore, students' handwriting is not only standardized and accurate, but also neat and beautiful. It reflects students' understanding of standardizing Chinese character writing, their attention to collective honor and their love for national culture.
Second, the existing problems:
Some problems were also found in the activity, such as: losing strokes, drawing in parallel, wrong strokes, using other characters, sketching on the surface, smearing and so on. This requires us to cultivate students' good habit of careful observation, help them remember Chinese characters in various ways, practice more and improve the accuracy of writing. Students who have the spare capacity to learn advocate learning more words and memorizing more words. They should strengthen the practice of word formation and increase the amount of words. They should not be limited to the text, combine the meaning memory of words, and avoid homophones and variants. In addition, instead of looking at grades, we only look at writing. Some schools have good overall writing and pleasing volumes, while others have poor overall writing, which deserves teachers' consideration.
