What brand of soy milk concentration meter do you have? If it is ATAGO PAL-27s concentration meter, it only needs 3 steps to complete, 1) Zeroing; 2) Measurement; (1) Clean the prism surface; (2) Drop about 0.3ML of sample onto the prism surface; (3) Press the "START" button; (4) The instrument displays "-----", and then displays the numerical value and temperature; (5) The numerical value will continue to be displayed for 2 minutes. (5) The value will be displayed continuously for 2 minutes. To turn off the instrument, press and hold the START key for more than 2 seconds. (6) Wipe off the sample with a paper towel or gauze, clean the residual sample with water, and dry and wipe off the prism surface and the instrument.
