First, the working principle of magnetic pump

Magnetic pump is mainly composed of motor, outer magnetic cover, inner magnetic cover, bearing, impeller and other parts. The motor drives the shaft to rotate, and the impeller on the shaft rotates accordingly, forming a certain centrifugal force, so that the conveyed liquid is sucked into the pump along the inlet pipeline of the pump body, pushed into the outlet pipeline of the pump body through the action of the impeller, and finally flows out of the pump body.

Different from ordinary pumps, magnetic pump adopts magnetic coupling transmission technology, and magnetic coupling is adopted between motor and impeller, and there is no mechanical connection between rotor and impeller, so there is no need to use sealing device, realizing zero leakage in the true sense. Specifically, the internal structure of magnetic pump is mainly composed of outer magnetic cover, inner magnetic cover, isolation sleeve, magnet and bearing. The motor transmits the magnetic force to the inner magnetic cover through the outer magnetic cover, and the inner magnetic cover transmits the magnetic force to the impeller to drive the impeller to rotate, thus realizing the function of conveying liquid.
