Fried method of pot stickers
1. Prepare the following ingredients first: dumpling skin 200g, minced meat 150g, leek 80g, salt 1 2 spoon, a little sugar, cooking wine 1 spoon, sesame oil 1 spoon, and chicken essence/kloc-0.
