Duyun No.1 Middle School is the first provincial demonstration high school in Qiannan Prefecture, located in Wuxing Village (new campus), Yundong Town, duyun city.
The school has a profound history, which can be traced back to the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty. The school was founded in 1905, and changed to its current name in 1958. 1960 was designated as a key middle school in Guizhou province. In 2002, the school was designated as the first provincial demonstration high school in Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture by the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education.
