What's the use of rubber particles?

Traditional rubber particles are broken particles of used car wheels, which are a mixture of natural rubber and artificial rubber, and are made by vulcanization. Generally speaking, the molding process of waste tires is irreversible. Automobile tires are generally broken into small black rubber particles after being scrapped.

At present, these rubber particles have two main uses:

1. combustion. At present, some power plants will use waste automobile tires as materials to obtain calorific value for power generation, which is an effective application method.

2. filler. Especially in the currently filled artificial turf, quartz sand and rubber particles are usually used to keep the grass upright. Because rubber particles have certain elasticity, they can be used as the buffer layer of lawn system to improve the sports performance of lawn system.

At present, the new environmental protection rubber particles and fillers are much better than black particles in performance and environmental protection.
