What is Taixing's policy of applying for low-rent housing?

At present, the price of affordable housing is relatively cheap, but the sales target is the relocated households. It is not clear whether others can apply.

Apply for low-cost housing rental subsidies need to meet four conditions:

1, with non-agricultural permanent residence in this city;

2. Last year, the per capita monthly income was lower than that of 800 yuan (inclusive);

3, the family per capita housing area of 9 square meters (inclusive) below;

4, did not enjoy low-cost housing, economic rental housing (including Shiwupeizu and rental subsidies), affordable housing and other housing security policies.

The subsidy standard is 4 10 yuan per month in six districts of the city, 450 yuan per month in four districts around the city and three coastal districts, and 340 yuan per month in two districts and three counties.
