Antique is a new culture, which is generally used to describe music, literature and art.

In my opinion, it refers to a style that is slightly archaic but more in line with the mainstream aesthetics, based on the traditional culture of China and combined with the aesthetics and creative habits of modern people.

As far as music is concerned, the tunes of ancient songs/songs may be soothing or melodious. There will be a large number of classical instruments such as Qin, Zheng, Xiao, Di and Suona in the arrangement, but the basic tunes of modern styles such as drums and Qin are still maintained. Lyrics will use more written or even classical Chinese, and images such as romance and moon water commonly used in poetry will also appear frequently, forming a unique genre. On behalf of the creative team, there are puzzling and embarrassing.

If it is literature, most of the content takes place in ancient times or overhead times. The most popular archetypes may be pre-Qin, Wei, Jin, Tang and Qing dynasties. (Personally, I think whether novels set in the Qing Dynasty are antique or not seems to need to be discussed), and the characters tend to be classical or archaic, such as Cang Yue; There is also a kind of writing with dialects, which seems to have become an antique writing in recent years, such as the seven sons of Tang Dynasty.

In addition to painting, a large number of ink and wash elements are usually added to the picture, and the background atmosphere is strongly rendered and the tone is basically uniform. If the object of painting is a character, it is usually dressed in ancient costumes; However, it should be noted that the facial depiction of characters generally follows modern rules.
