Pagbala Shenhu Scenic Area is located in Xueba Village, Zhayu Town, 78 kilometers away from Zuogong County. It consists of Shenhu Lake and its surrounding winter mountain, Lunzhu Temple, Bugutang grassland, village head swamp pool area, natural caves, strange trees and rocks, pine, poplar, cypress, cloud and fir forest areas.
