The origin of Chinese wrestling
It is said that wrestling skills were sublimated in the Song Dynasty and pushed to the stage of popularization. In the Southern Song Dynasty, Yue Fei defended Yanmenguan against the gold and the enemy, and the whole army was wiped out. Up to now, there is still the word "wild goose falls into the wind", that is, it began in this dynasty, and the wrestling competition has been formed, and another school founder has been established. The author thinks that according to historical records, Lu Junyi (Mr. Lu), the head coach of the 800,000 imperial army, should be promoted as the ancestor of wrestling.
Chinese wrestling has been practiced for several generations, accommodating wrestling methods of all ethnic groups and provinces. In the Qing dynasty, it was monopolized by the court and professionalized. The Qing royal family came from the desert grassland and preferred wrestling competitions. The wrestling masters are selected at different levels, and they combine the elite of the court martial arts masters to further dig, study, organize, practice and temper, so that this wrestling skill can be cast and perfected. Masters formed a "good rescue camp", that is, professional personal guards to protect the emperor from hanging knives. The samurai wrestler in Good Fighting Camp was called "Buku", and the definition of wrestling technology was formed and reached its peak.
From Qing Dynasty to modern times, Chinese wrestling is the most popular sport in Zhao Yan, Hebei Province. At present, Chinese wrestling techniques in all parts of China are spread from Beijing, Tianjin and Bulgaria, so everyone knows that Hebei is the cradle of Chinese wrestling. North China has strong strength and excellent wrestling skills, and it is divided into three main streams: Beiping wrestling, Baoding wrestling and Tianjin wrestling.
