Where does Zhao 'an intangible cultural heritage extend?

Local governments should report to the relevant provincial administrative departments, and then the provincial departments should report to the State Council. According to Article 18 of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Law, the State Council has established a list of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects, and included intangible cultural heritage projects with great historical, literary, artistic and scientific value in the list for protection.

The people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall establish a list of representative projects of local intangible cultural heritage, and include intangible cultural heritage projects with historical, literary, artistic and scientific values in the list for protection.

Article 19 The people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government may recommend the projects listed in the list of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects to the cultural authorities of the State Council from the list of representative projects of intangible cultural heritage of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. The following materials shall be submitted for recommendation:

(1) Project introduction, including project name, history, present situation and value;

(two) the introduction of inheritance, including the scope of inheritance, inheritance pedigree, the skill level of the inheritor, and the social impact of inheritance activities;

(3) Protection requirements, including the protection objectives, measures, steps and management systems to be adopted;

(four) audio-visual materials and other materials that are helpful to the project description.

Article 20 Citizens, legal persons and other organizations who think that intangible cultural heritage embodies the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and has great historical, literary, artistic and scientific value may put forward suggestions to the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government or the cultural authorities of the State Council for inclusion in the list of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects.

Twenty-first the same intangible cultural heritage project, whose form and connotation remain intact in more than two regions, can be included in the national intangible cultural heritage representative project list at the same time.
