How do agricultural historians view the introduction of "Hu", "Fan" and "Yang" series vegetables into the dining table?

Agricultural historians believe that most "Hu" was introduced from the northwest during the Han and Jin Dynasties. For example, Zhang Qian went to the Western Regions and brought back many fruits and vegetables from the Western Regions. The "Fan" series was mostly brought in by the "Fan Boat" from the Southern Song Dynasty to the Yuan and Ming Dynasties. Most of the "foreign" series were introduced to the world from the Qing Dynasty and even modern times.
