The four major principles to note:

The first is the principle of direction. Guiding students to practice the core socialist values, love the motherland, support the Chinese ****anufacturing party, and promote the excellent traditional Chinese culture and the traditional virtues of the Chinese people. The second is the guiding principle. Grasp students' individual characteristics, pay attention to the growth process, stimulate the potential of each student, and encourage students to make continuous progress.

Third, the principle of objectivity. Record the outstanding performance of students in the process of growth, a true reflection of the development of students, evaluation based on facts. Finally, the principle of impartiality. Strictly regulate the evaluation procedure, strengthen effective supervision, and ensure that the evaluation process is open and transparent.

Evaluation from five aspects:

The evaluation of the comprehensive quality of ordinary high school students includes ideology and morality, academic level, physical and mental health, artistic literacy, labor and social practice.

The ideological character mainly examines students' performance in love for the Party and the country, ideals and beliefs, honesty and trustworthiness, benevolence and friendliness, responsibility and obligation, and compliance with the law. Emphasis is placed on students' participation in party and group activities, related club activities, public welfare labor, and volunteer services.

The academic level examines students' mastery of basic knowledge and basic skills in various subjects and their ability to apply knowledge to solve problems. The focus is on the study and performance of each subject (compulsory, optional compulsory and elective) in each semester, the results of the academic level exams, and the results of research studies and innovations, especially in the subjects in which the students have an advantage.

Mental and physical health is mainly examined in terms of students' healthy lifestyles, physical exercise habits, bodily functions, motor skills and psychological qualities. The focus is on the main results of the National Student Physical Fitness Standard test, sports specialty programs, the effect of participating in sports, and the performance of coping with difficulties and setbacks.

Artistic literacy mainly examines students' ability to aesthetically feel, understand, appreciate and express themselves in the arts. The focus is on the interests and specialties shown in music, art, dance, drama, opera, film and television, calligraphy, etc., and the results of participation in artistic activities.
