Significance of food safety sampling inspection

2. Check the license and qualification.
Require the sampled unit to provide business license, food production license, food business license and other relevant legal qualification certificates to confirm that the sampled unit is legally producing and operating, and the sampled food belongs to the category permitted by the legal qualification of the sampled unit.
During the sampling inspection, it was found that the sampled unit had no business license or license. , unable to determine the qualification or beyond the scope of production and operation, it shall immediately stop sampling and report to the food and drug supervision department that organizes sampling inspection.
If the sampling unit is an inspection institution, it shall report to the food and drug supervision department with jurisdiction for handling, and timely report to the food and drug supervision department that organizes sampling inspection.
