She folk traditional dances mainly include dances for rituals, funerals and production and labor. She dances are mostly seen in such activities as making merit, "pulling out wounds", "beatingientientzehuang" and ancestor worship. Mainly, the masters and masters blow the dragon horns and dance the spirit knife, singing (or reading) and dancing in the sound of gongs and drums, and there are solo, double, quadruple or collective dances, and the dance steps are mostly hunting movements.

Panzou is the traditional ancestor of the She people, and the worship of Panzou is the **** same mentality for all the She people. Since the Tang Dynasty, the She people have had the custom of worshipping Panzou. The Sun and Moon Dance, the Dragon Head Dance, the Dragon Umbrella Dance, and the Ancestor Dance are all performed whenever Panzou is worshipped. The Sun and Moon Dance represents the myth that Pangu opened up the sky and created the sun and moon to illuminate the earth. Four male and four female actors, each holding a prop sun (red) and moon (white) model in their left and right hands, sang in unison, "Take the sun in your left hand and the sun will appear, and take the moon in your right hand to illuminate the mortal world; the sun and the moon in the sky will turn in a car and the twelve hours will be divided into twelve hours." Accompanied by the beat of gongs and cymbals, the two hands rotate the sun and moon models, shuttling from side to side and dancing. The "Dragon Head Dance" is a performance of the story of Long Qi, who was recruited as an extra horse harnessed by the side of a team because he was credited with helping Gao Xin to quell the invasion of foreigners.

Some of the dancers hold a picture of the ancestor, some hold a dragon stick, and some hold a dragon head. Dragon staff by the head of the house to lift the dragon head (four) by two men and two women standing opposite each other, with two hands together, lifting up and down several times, to show respect. The formations include jumping in place, marching posture, and interspersing left and right. The Dragon Umbrella Dance matches the marching of the dragon's head with jumping movements, and the left and right shuttles are relatively free. With the sound of the gongs and drums, the dance is accompanied by the singing of the "Song of the Pan Gourd". The "Welcome Ancestor Dance" expresses nostalgia for the ancestors of King Panzou. The participants hold up the triangular flag made of various colors of cloth and silk and props such as crossbows, knives, horn horns, etc. The dance is accompanied by xiao, flute, suona and other musical instruments, and the dance steps are relatively free, between the three-step-a-turn-around type of action, which expresses the nostalgia for the ancestor and the feeling of unlimited admiration.
