Master all installation points of templates in different locations?
The quality of formwork directly affects the quality of concrete and relates to the quality of the whole project. Template setting runs through the whole project construction, and the construction process of beam, column and wall template has its own process and matters needing attention.
Beam formwork construction
Technological process: elastic line → supporting column → adjusting elevation → installing beam bottom formwork → binding beam reinforcement → installing side formwork → pre-inspection.
(1) Pop up the axis, beam position and horizontal line on the column, and nail the column head template.
(2) Beam bottom formwork. When the beam floor span is not less than 4m, the mid-span beam bottom should be arched according to the design requirements. If there is no design requirement, the springing height should be 0. 1%~0.3% of the beam span. At the junction of primary and secondary beams, arch the main beam first, and then arch the secondary beam.
(3) When the pillar under the beam is supported on the foundation soil surface, the foundation soil should be leveled and compacted to meet the bearing capacity requirements, and effective measures such as stowing wood or concrete pad should be added to ensure that the concrete does not sink during pouring.
(4) When the top is less than 4.5m high, two horizontal tie rods and bracing should be set. If the floor height is below 4.5m, the construction plan shall be made separately.
(5) Beam side formwork. Install beam side formwork, pedals, supports, etc. According to the chalk line. The height of beam side formwork shall be determined according to the beam height and floor formwork.
⑥ When the beam height exceeds 750mm, the beam side formwork shall be reinforced with beam bolts.
Frame column formwork construction
Technological process: scaffold erection and installation → sticking sealing strip along the edge of formwork → column shuttering → installing column hoop → correcting the square, vertical and position of column → comprehensive inspection and correction → assembling and fixing → preview.
(1) Adjust the elevation of the column bottom with cement mortar leveling layer according to the measured elevation, and use it as a benchmark for positioning, and the side formwork should be close to it.
(2) When installing a column (or multiple columns) template, the column feet should be fixed firmly to each other first, then the column templates at both ends should be aligned and hung straight, and then the column template in the middle should be straightened after being fixed. In addition to the separate fixation of each column, the column formwork should also be provided with mutual bracing to avoid deflection when pouring concrete.
(3) The foot of the column should be reserved for cleaning, and when the column is high, the watering hole should be reserved, and the height of the foot of the column should not be higher than 2m.
(4) The formwork shall increase column hoop and opposite bolt according to the column section size and concrete pouring speed.
(5) Before mold sealing, the garbage in the mold must be cleaned up, and the position of the beam mouth should be reserved during construction (or concrete should only be poured to the bottom of the beam). When installing the mold, a cleaning port should be set at the lower part to clean up the garbage in the template and then close the mold.
Wall formwork
Process flow: elastic thread → installation of formwork for doorway → installation of formwork on one side → installation of formwork on the other side → formwork support and reinforcement → adjustment of verticality → recheck of upper opening size → pre-inspection.
(1) When installing the wall formwork, first set up a formwork according to the sideline, temporarily brace it with a support, use a line hammer to correct the formwork vertically, then nail the tie rod, and then fix it with a diagonal brace and a horizontal brace. When assembling large side formwork, the vertical flat-fell seam should be staggered from top to bottom, first at both ends and then in the middle. After the steel binding is completed, the formwork and support on the other side are also installed.
(2) Generally, the height of the slab shall not exceed 1.2m, and tie bars (crosspieces) shall be nailed on the outer side of the vertical file, with one set every 1.0~ 1.5m from the bottom. Support and leveling should be carried out between support and pile. If the pile spacing is greater than the support spacing, long landing supports should be set along the piles, and the support and leveling support should be tightly supported on the landing supports.
(3) In order to ensure the thickness of the wall, small squares of wood can be used between the templates on both sides (the length of small squares of wood is equal to the thickness of the wall), and the small squares of wood should be taken out one by one with the pouring of concrete. In order to prevent the concrete wall from arching, 8~ 10 lead wire or bolt with the diameter of 12~ 16mm can be used to tie the formwork on both sides, and the spacing is not more than1m.
