What race are Indians?
72% of India's population belongs to Indian Aryans, who are white and mainly live in northern India. 25% of India's population belongs to the Dravidians, who are descendants of white people and short black people. They mainly live in southern India.
Two or three thousand BC, from Eastern Europe or the Middle East, a group of Aryans with white skin, high nose and deep eye sockets invaded the Indian subcontinent. They conquered the Dravida people at that time and lived in northern India for a long time. This group of Aryans, when they first came, had fair skin, but due to the heat in India, their descendants' skin gradually became less fair. They are "Indian Aryans".
About 60,000 years ago, a group or groups of late Homo sapiens fled from Africa and propagated all the way to the Indian subcontinent today. They live in the Indian subcontinent. These Homo sapiens are short and black, and they are called "short black".
After a period of time, one or several Homo sapiens with slightly whiter skin entered the Indian subcontinent from Eastern Europe and the Middle East. They crossed with the "short black people" who were originally in the Indian subcontinent and formed a new race. They are "Darwinists" in India.
Indian food culture
Indians like to use spices in cooking, such as curry, pepper, black pepper, cardamom, clove, ginger, garlic, fennel and cinnamon, among which curry powder is the most used. Curry powder is a spicy seasoning made of more than 20 kinds of spices, such as pepper, turmeric and fennel. It is yellow powder. Indians have a soft spot for curry powder. They use it in almost every dish, such as curry chicken, curry fish, curry potatoes, curry cauliflower, curry rice and curry soup. Every restaurant smells of curry.
The staple food of Indians is mainly rice, a kind of scone called "Gabadi" and a kind of fried cake. The main vegetables in India are cauliflower, cabbage, tomato, cucumber, beans, potatoes, onions and wax gourd, which are all good ingredients for making Indian curry. Because many Indians are vegetarians, in order to supplement protein, beans have become a must for every meal and will always be presented to you as the main course.
