Cloisonne is a traditional handicraft in China. The main feature of this process is that on the copper tire, soft flat copper wire is kneaded into various patterns and welded, and then the patterns are filled with colored glaze of enamel and fired, so it is also called copper tire silk enamel. This technology reached its peak during the Jingtai period of the Ming Dynasty, and it was famous for its most exquisite handicrafts, so it was named cloisonne. In 2006, cloisonne was included in the first batch of non-cloisonne in China. Cloisonne was introduced into China from Arabia in the Yuan Dynasty.
