1, Huili, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, was called Wu Hui and Huichuan in ancient times, and was named after "Harmony between Sichuan and the Original, Peace between Politics and Rationality". Huili is located at the southernmost tip of Sichuan Province, in the hinterland of Panxi, with a total area of 4,527 square kilometers. As of June, 2020, Huili County had jurisdiction over 3 streets, 13 towns and 4 townships, with a resident population of 428,000 at the end of 20 19. The main ethnic groups are Han, Yi, Dai, Lisu, Hui and Bai.
