Where can I read the cartoon "Hot Teacher GTO"?
"Spicy Teacher GTO" is a comic work serialized by Japanese cartoonist Tooru Fujisawa in 1996 to 2002 in Weekly Teenager magazine.
This work mainly describes that Eikichi Onizuka, who used to be a thug, chose the profession of teacher. Faced with a group of problem students who don't trust their teachers, Oni Tsuka began to educate and influence them in his own unique way.
Evaluation of works
Through anti-traditional characters and story lines, this work subverts the traditional educational concept, turns the disadvantages of famous species in Japan's real society into hilarious black jokes, and exposes all kinds of disadvantages and hidden worries in education in a seemingly relaxed way. It's appropriate to translate GTO into GTO. It's really spicy and different. But the teacher's heart is real. Teachers don't just give lectures on the podium. In GTO, teachers play a vital role in the growth of students, as Oni Tsuka said: "It doesn't matter if others call me scum, but if I become a teacher, I won't let my students be called scum."
In Oni Tsuka's eyes, learning is neither good nor bad, which is what many students hope. In our hearts, what we want is a teacher who cares about the spiritual growth of students. Oni Tsuka did it, so he was the first. (Tencent Animation Review)
