What is the oldest hot pot dip?

I use the following dipping sauces for my own copper pot shabu shabu

1. chives

2. tofu sauce

3. sesame sauce

4. chopped green onion

5. cilantro

You can also add other dipping sauces such as

1. sesame oil and garlic paste

2. seafood sauce

3. chili oil sauce

4. peanut butter sauce

5. ginger oil

7. ginger oil and garlic sauce

8. Spicy oil sauce

4. Peanut butter sauce

5. Sesame oil

6. Ginger sauce

7. Salsa sauce
