Which choreographer created the duo dance Flying Sky?
This work, premiered in October 2001, is an original dance work integrating dance, music, drama and poetry, organized by the Chinese Dancers' Association and performed by Zhao Ping Dance Studio. Through the form of duo dance, it expresses the love story between the ancient Chinese legend of the god Hou Yi and the Cowherd and the Weaving Maiden, which is different from the traditional narrative form, with unique expression of emotion and artistic techniques, and is very popular among the audience. Zhao Ping is a Chinese dance artist who has served as the director of the Modern Dance Department of the Beijing Dance Academy, the chairman of the Beijing Dancers' Association, and a national-level choreographer. Her exquisite and delicate works have attracted wide acclaim both at home and abroad, and she is one of the outstanding representatives of contemporary Chinese dance.
