As a common saying goes, "There are no rules." The law is to adjust people's behavior "rules". With the development of society, the role of the law is more and more important, and the relationship between people's production and life more and more closely. In a certain sense, the market economy is the legal economy. In foreign relations, the law is also an important behavioral norms and guidelines to adjust the relationship between countries. As the master of the 21st century young people, learning and mastering the necessary knowledge of the law is the rule of law, build a harmonious society, realize the grand blueprint of the new century, the need to revitalize China, but also to maintain human peace and promote the development of the world needs.
Young people are the future of the motherland, the Party and the Government has always attached great importance to the legal education of young people. The Party Central Committee and the State Council approved the fifth five-year plan for the legal education of children and young people as an important part of the legal education. The majority of young people should seize this favorable opportunity to actively accept the legal education, and strive to learn legal knowledge.
First, through the study of legal knowledge, take the first step in life. The road of life is very long, laying a good foundation is the key to the journey of life. Teenage is the body, learning knowledge of the important period, only to learn the knowledge of the law, in order to know what is legal, what is illegal, learn to distinguish right and wrong, identify good and evil, and from childhood to develop a good habit of law-abiding.
Second, through the study of legal knowledge, and strive to do the new century qualified citizens. 21st century China will be a more complete legal system society, requiring every citizen to have a high legal quality. The majority of young people only learn the law to understand the law, in order to establish the concept of democracy and the rule of law, clear the rights and obligations of citizens, in order to act according to the law, according to law to protect their own rights and interests, to become a qualified citizen to adapt to the needs of social development.
Third, through the study of legal knowledge, and strive to become a qualified successor to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. 21st century to build socialism with Chinese characteristics of the era of heavy responsibility and mission will fall on the shoulders of young people. Strengthening socialist democracy, improving the socialist legal system and ruling the country according to law are important parts of the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. In order to better shoulder and fulfill the heavy responsibility entrusted to them by history, children and young people must arm their minds with scientific theories, must have firm beliefs and broad knowledge, and must learn and master not only scientific knowledge, but also knowledge of the law, and enhance their awareness of the rule of law. Only in this way can our country realize the goal of the rule of law in accordance with the rule of law, in order to ensure the long-term stability of our great motherland, economic takeoff, in order to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
Today, the school organization to students on the legal system class, through listening to lectures, by the warning, learn the law, from the typical examples occurring around the young people, and young people are closely related to the legal knowledge, little by little accumulation, perseverance in learning the law, abide by the law, the use of the law, the protection of the law, and gradually set up a legal system concept, enhance the awareness of the rule of law, and develop a good habit of law-abiding, and strive to be a qualified citizen of the new century.
At present, minors, including school students, crime is still a problem that can not be ignored to jeopardize social security. Today I use a few cases, to illustrate a truth: secondary school students should learn the law, understand the law, should be in the moral, intellectual and physical aspects of healthy growth.
According to Article 14 of China's Criminal Law, minors have the capacity for criminal responsibility when they reach the age of 14. Once the victim is prosecuted, the maximum sentence will be up to five years, depending on the severity of the circumstances.
In recent years, campus violence cases occur frequently, and is a rising trend year by year. After careful analysis of the case, they have the following characteristics: First, the cause of the case is small, many of them are caused by trivial matters; Second, the means and consequences of the crime are very serious; Third, most of the defendants are more introverted personality.
Secondary school age, is the most brilliant life in the era, the most intense yearning for friends, the most colorful vision of friendship, all hope to have friends *** enjoy the joy, and hope that there are friends to share the pain.
So, students listened to these cases, we should be inspired by what? How can we get along with our classmates? How to resolve interpersonal conflicts, in order to make themselves a popular and pleasant members of the collective? I think the least we can do is to keep in mind the following five sentences, 15 words: this is: careful friendships, a great ambition, good prudence, dare to defend rights, to be frank.
1, careful dating. And people to socialize, we must be careful, bearing in mind the ancient advice: "near Zhu Zhi Chi, near the ink is black". Don't socialize with those who are not right-minded, and don't join with those who are bad outside the school.
2, set a big ambition. Every teenager should strengthen the ideological and moral cultivation. Human behavior, is governed by thought, no good ideas, there will be no correct behavior. School education in the ideological and political lessons, the legal system is not empty false, but the real reason, we have to realize the ideal value of being a human being, not only learn to learn to do, learn the skills, and more importantly, to learn to be a human being. To understand the use of morality, the law to regulate their own behavior, do not use violence or coercion to obtain ill-gotten gains to satisfy their own good and bad life, thus embarking on the road of crime. As the old saying goes: "A gentleman loves money, and there is a way to take it." Where is the way? I think that hard work and wealth is the right way. It is the right way to go to high school, go to college, learn the skills, and work for pay. On the contrary, the pit, hoodwinking, abduction, cheating, stealing, robbing and other means to get money, that is the evil and crooked way, the light will be morally condemned, the heavy will be prosecuted by the law. We should set up a big ambition, study hard to become successful, grow up to serve the motherland, and improve their own lives with the proceeds of labor.
3, good prudence. I remind students must have the ability to think independently. How to do things, how not to do, to have their own opinions, and not blindly follow.
4, dare to rights. Every teenager should learn the law, know the law, know how to use the law, learn to use legal weapons to protect their legitimate rights and interests. The criminal law of self-defense provisions, that is, in order to the state, public **** interests, my or others' personal, property and other rights from the ongoing unlawful invasion, and take to stop unlawful invasion of the act of unlawful invasion of the unlawful invasion of the person who caused the damage, belong to the legitimate self-defense, is not criminally liable. On the ongoing murder, murder, robbery, rape, kidnapping and other serious threat to personal safety of violent crimes, take defensive behavior, causing injury or death to the wrongdoer, is not self-defense, not criminally liable. As far as the school is concerned, if every student is full of a sense of justice, courageous, encountered a situation similar to robbery, stand up, everyone shouted, we can create a stable and united learning environment. Criminals will have no place to hide.
5, to confess. Once you do something wrong, or even break the law, you have to be frank to the teacher, the school, the relevant authorities to make things clear, and strive for leniency. Today's several cases, some of the defendants can truthfully confess to the crime process, only to be lenient according to law, sentenced to probation. Therefore, I would like to advise students to learn the law, understand the law and abide by the law, and in case they come into contact with the law, they should take the initiative to confess, surrender and tell the truth in order to strive for leniency. Already stepped on the edge of the criminal line as well as ready to commit such acts of students, if you do not hang back and mend, then, those suspects of the above today, is your tomorrow, because whoever treats the law as a child's play, who will inevitably die in the law.
Finally, I wish the young people friends, students, study diligently, only to strive for the future, always ready to create a more brilliant and glorious tomorrow for the Chinese nation.
First, treat people with sincerity, seek truth from facts, not hypocritical and pompous, not rash and reckless. Both should strive to make achievements in the collective, but not self-esteem and self-appreciation.
Secondly, we should take the initiative to approach our classmates, make friends widely, do not engage in small circles, do not exclude dissidents. Do not judge others by themselves, do not take personality differences, family background, performance advantages and disadvantages, differences and similarities in viewpoints as the standard of friendship. If you don't treat people equally, you will be trapped in a lonely hole.
Third, good at controlling emotions, do not abuse feelings. Do not be angry with others when you encounter unpleasant things, and you have to look at the time, occasion, and object to express your excited emotions.
Fourth, we must treat our classmates well and face the objective environment. To learn to respect and sympathize with their classmates. Do not belittle others. Interpersonal communication in the big taboo is behind the back of people pointing fingers, which is a major cause of deteriorating interpersonal relationships. Do not be too demanding of your classmates and environment, learn to be tolerant, be good at dealing with conflicts, learn to be humble and compromise, not always self-centered.
