The specialties of Xuzhou are: fish hidden by sheep, farewell my concubine, honey knife, plum blossom cake and stereotyped writing.

1, sheepskin fish

Yangfang Tibetan fish belongs to Jiangsu cuisine, which is called the first dish in China traditional classic cuisine, with a history of 4300 years.
