After each team put on their uniforms, they started a wonderful dragon boat race under the command of the host. People by the river will cheer for their favorite team, and the sound of waves, shouts and cheers are intertwined into a cheerful music.

You don't have to eat zongzi or race dragon boats, but washing dragon water is essential, which means you can ward off evil spirits and get the blessing of the dragon god. According to your own situation, you are generally healthy. If possible, you can wash it in nearby rivers and seaside. If there is no condition, you can wash it in your own home. You can go to the river and the seaside that day. At home, we will use boiled eggs as bath towels to clean the whole body and get rid of evil spirits.
