New provisions of the Civil Code on the right in rem

New provisions on property rights in the Civil Code:

1. Civil subjects enjoy property rights in accordance with the law. The right of property is the right of the right holder to enjoy direct domination and exclusivity over specific objects in accordance with the law, including ownership, usufructuary rights and security rights;

2. Objects include both immovable and movable property. The law provides that rights as the object of property rights, in accordance with its provisions;
