Jiangxi Wannianqing Cement Co., Ltd. is the first listed company in the building materials industry in Jiangxi Province. Jiangxi Cement Factory, established by 1958, was one of the earliest manufacturers in China to adopt a new dry cement production line on September 2, 1997. The "Evergreen" brand series portland cement produced by the company is widely used in the construction of national large-scale key projects such as airports, tall buildings, bridges, tunnels and high-grade highways. "Evergreen Tree" brand was recognized as "China Famous Trademark" by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in 2007.

The company actively responded to the overall deployment of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government to promote the "100 billion project" of industrial economy, seized the important strategic opportunity period, joined hands with China Building Materials, initiated the establishment of Southern Cement Co., Ltd., jointly established Jiangxi Southern Evergreen Cement Co., Ltd., and actively promoted regional joint restructuring, market coordination and management integration. The company now has five clinker production bases and several grinding stations in Wannian, Yushan, Ruijin, Du Yu and Leping, with a production capacity of 20 million tons. Together with Jiangxi Southern Cement Co., Ltd., it leads the market share of Jiangxi Province above 60%, and radiates to Hunan, Fujian and Guangdong provinces. While accelerating the adjustment of regional cement structure and industrial upgrading, it has realized the sound and rapid development of enterprises.
