In the early period, the decoration on the body was represented by parallel lines, cross lines, triangles, back lines, and S lines. In the later period, small patterned character decoration patterns appeared. Under normal circumstances, geometric patterns are spread across the entire or most of the wall in a rhythmic and hierarchical manner according to the shape of the pottery, and the composition pays attention to left and right symmetry.
