Fairy Daqu belongs to Luzhou-flavor Daqu liquor. The wine is colorless, clear and transparent, with rich cellar aroma, mellow taste, sweet and refreshing entrance and long aftertaste. The alcoholicity was 53 45 40 respectively.
1982, Shenxian Daqu Liquor was rated as a quality product of the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries. 1988 was rated as a high-quality product in Shanghai. 1993 won the silver prize of Hong Kong International Famous Wine Expo.
Shanghai Si Tuan Distillery was established in 1958. Legend has it that the original rivers here are salty and bitter, and people have been fishing and drying salt for a long time. In the early Ming Dynasty, a fisherman caught a big fish. He begged the fisherman to let him go and put him in the river. Since then, the river has become clear and sweet. There is a legend of "angelfish" here. Therefore, the wine brewed with local river water is also called immortal wine.
