The family custom of burning and selling
Shaoshao is a kind of dim sum in China. It is wrapped in a jiaozi bag, steamed and sprinkled with coriander or sesame seeds.
The fillings are shrimp, mushrooms, corn kernels, green beans and minced meat, and the seasonings are cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar and sesame oil.
The simple method is as follows: wrap the stuffing in the dumpling skin, steam it for 15 minutes, and sprinkle with coriander or sesame seeds.
