Zhu Sheng noodle is a special kind of noodle, which originated in China, Guangdong and Guangzhou.

Zhu Sheng noodle is a local traditional noodle in Guangdong and one of the snacks in Guangzhou. Cantonese was renamed "Sheng" because the word "Gan" was unlucky in pronunciation. Zhusheng noodles are noodles and wonton skins made by kneading noodles with traditional methods. As early as 1950s and 1960s, bamboo noodles were popular in Xiguan, Guangzhou. Eating a bowl of bamboo noodles was once a great enjoyment for Guangzhou people. Since the late 1950s, after the mechanization of noodle technology, the production technology of bamboo noodles has changed from manual noodle making to machine-made noodle making, calendering and slicing, which has continued to this day.
