What is shooting?

archery is a traditional archery sport in China.

Shooting art developed from "Shooting", one of the six arts praised by Confucianism in past dynasties, and it has been developed as a way to cultivate temperament in the Western Zhou Dynasty. The shooter follows certain procedures and actions. Shoot the arrow at the target with a Chinese bow (a traditional bow in China). The necessary posture, etiquette, mental effort and self-cultivation in archery can fully exercise the shooter's body and mind.
