He is currently a senior lecturer at Jingzhou Arts and Crafts School, and has long been engaged in the creation of paintings of traditional subjects and the study of folk arts and crafts. He has won many awards for his design works and paintings, and was honored by the provincial government as an arts and crafts artist in 55 years.
