Working principle of electronic expansion valve

The working principle of the equipment is that the electric signal sent by the control system enters the electronic expansion valve as an input signal, and the control circuit inside the electronic expansion valve decodes the input signal and converts the control signal into an internal operation signal, and then the motor or electromagnet inside the electronic expansion valve will control the adjustment of the valve opening. When the valve opening changes, the refrigerant will encounter different resistance when it flows through the electronic expansion valve, which will lead to the change of flow rate.

The electronic expansion valve uses the electric signal generated by adjusting parameters to control the voltage or current applied to the expansion valve, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the liquid supply. The stepless variable capacity refrigeration system has a large adjustment range of refrigeration liquid supply, which requires fast adjustment response.

Traditional throttling devices (such as thermal expansion valves) are difficult to do well, while electronic expansion valves can meet the requirements well.
