Writing regional culture after reading six hundred words
Cultural industry is a new concept, according to the traditional concept, culture is the superstructure and industry is the economic base, putting the two words culture and industry together
confuses two very different concepts that we usually understand: superstructure and economic base. At present, there are various views on the origin of the term cultural industry in the international arena, while the usual practice of domestic research on cultural industry is to define it first. However, cultural industry is an introduced concept, and the definition of cultural industry varies from country to country in the world. Although there are some same basic features, the external expression is not the same, especially the industrial categories categorized as cultural industry are different. As far as international experience is concerned, there is no cultural industry as it is usually called, and each country has different classifications. At present, the most crucial thing is to recognize the origin of contemporary cultural industries. After recognizing the basic origin, we will know how to think about what is cultural industry, and we can use the method of analysis and judgment to think about the problems we face in developing cultural industry. We have to put aside different concepts and different industry classifications to analyze the situation we are facing in a correct way. For example, under the present situation of economic and social development in xxx city, the key to correctly understand the cultural industry is to master the method. The method to study the cultural industry is actually two words: "Economy is culturalized, culture is economicized", only after these two processes, the cultural industry is finally produced, that is to say, only through the high degree of integration of culture and economy, culture and market, culture and industry, the concept of cultural industry is produced. This is the basic logic and basic idea of our understanding of cultural industry.
Firstly, economic culturalization. In fact, it refers to the basic logic and development trend of economic development and industrial development of human society. Economic development and industrial upgrading is the process of moving from economy to culture. We often use the primary, secondary and tertiary industries to differentiate our current industrial structure, every year's national economic statistics report, in the macro-economy, we can see the proportion of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, which identifies the basic indicators of the stage of development. In fact, from the international development trend in the past 20 years, the continuous upgrading of industry and its speed have become an obvious development trend, and the division of the three industries is far from enough, I have defined it as the fifth industry, that is, after the tertiary industry as we usually understand it, the fourth and the fifth industries have appeared. The first stage of development, that is, the stage of agricultural development, was dominated by an agriculture-based economy before the market economy and the industrial revolution took place. According to economists, agriculture is an industry that depends directly on natural resources for production, such as agriculture, forestry, water and livestock. At this stage of development, the vast majority of the population was engaged in productive work, mostly living in rural areas, and the level of urbanization was very low. The second stage of development i.e. the stage of industrialization development, we call it the stage of manufacturing development. This stage is also based on the classification of economists, it is not the process of direct production of resources, but the production process of processing and re-processing of resources, which includes metallurgy, textile, chemical industry, machinery, electric power, building materials, and foodstuffs, which belongs to the category of manufacturing industry. The secondary industry was gradually formed after the Industrial Revolution. The result of the Industrial Revolution was that the major part of the labor force entered the industrial production sector, and most of the population moved from the countryside to the cities, with a much higher level of urbanization. It is now generally recognized that our country as a whole is in the late stage of development of the secondary sector. Our urbanization rate is about 40, with a large proportion of the secondary industry, and the three industries ranked in order of proportion as secondary, tertiary and primary. The third stage of development is the stage based on the service industry. Nowadays, there are generally several ways of categorization, some classify commerce, catering, urban public **** management, education, tourism and cultural services into the tertiary industry, and some classify all except primary and secondary industries into the tertiary industry. It should be said that there is a great difference between the tertiary industry and the manufacturing industry, and the center of the industry or the main production sector is shifted from the production of tangible industry to the production of intangible service industry, which is the basic sign of the tertiary industry. The tertiary industry has entered the intangible service industry, the main source of national economy is the intangible service industry, the main population is engaged in service labor, and the level of urbanization has been further increased compared with the industrialization stage. China is in the stage of relatively rapid development of tertiary industry, but the level is still low. At present, the proportion of the development of the tertiary industry in the country accounts for about 34 of the gdp, a level that does not correspond to the level of economic development in China. At present, the per capita gdp of our country is about 1300 dollars, from the economic analysis, more than the per capita gdp 1000 dollars of the country, the proportion of the tertiary industry should be much more than 34, that is to say, our proportion of the tertiary industry is too low. China has proposed to speed up the development of the tertiary industry since the Eighth Five-Year Plan, but so far, the goal of speeding up the development of the tertiary industry has not been realized. The fourth stage of development is the stage based on knowledge-based service industry. 1970s and 1980s saw the emergence of a new technological revolution in developed countries, in which one of the most important areas of development was called emerging information service industry. With the rise of the emerging information service industry and the development of a series of high-tech industries, a major development trend emerged, in which a distinction between mental and physical labor was made in the traditional tertiary industry (service industry). It has been found that in the tertiary industry, the proportion of mental labor is increasing. In the 1990s, knowledge economy became a particularly striking term, mainly because oecd (i.e., the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, which is composed of developed countries), released several reports in succession, and in the first one, it was proposed that developed capitalist countries had entered the era of knowledge economy, which was based on the fact that in the 24 developed countries belonging to the oecd, the knowledge-based service industry had already accounted for 70% of the total national economy, and these countries were the only ones to have a service industry with knowledge. The basis of the report is that in the 24 developed countries belonging to the OECD, the knowledge-based service industry has accounted for 70% of the total national economy, and in the service sector of these countries, 70% of the work is mental labor, and the vast majority of them are engaged in the information service industry. In the mid-1990s, China began to pay attention to this issue, a large number of researchers put forward
"build a national innovation system, promote the development of national science and technology" of the new strategic concept. The fifth stage is the stage based on art, culture and knowledge service industry. In the 1990s, researchers from developed countries in Europe and the United States found that with the development of digital information technology and knowledge-based economy,
"the cultural industry has become the most important industry in China.
